1. General Terms

By accessing and using the Tripper Kids Tours platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Our services include travel package bookings, event registrations, savings plans, and related travel services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an agreed deposit. Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and our savings plan. Full payment must be received before the travel date unless a savings/installment plan is in place.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before travel receive a full refund minus admin fees. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Rescheduling is available 7+ days prior at no extra charge.

5. Travel Savings Plan

The savings plan allows customers to save towards a trip. Contributions are non-refundable but can be applied to any available package. Savings plans can be paused or adjusted.

6. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health requirements. Tripper Kids Tours provides guidance but is not liable for denied entry due to invalid documents.

7. Liability

Tripper Kids Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for third-party failures, weather-related disruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
